On behalf of the client (Google) this project involved the refurbishment of 40,000+ sq ft of office area to CAT B standard.

The fit-out of Mechanical services consisted of:

• -Mechanical works to suit multi floor first phase fit out;
• -New 4 Pipe Fan Coil System;
• -Comms Room Services;
• -Specialist Meeting Area services;
• -New Services to Catering areas;

MALA worked in conjunction with the main contractor (Parkeray) to deliver this unique fit-out which was set out into 4 phases over a two year program. Main works consisted of kitchen and dining areas, commercial office space, bespoke meeting rooms, sound booths, editing suites, MER and SER rooms. The majority of the services were exposed to create an industrial feel embedded amongst a host of unique demise designs.
