On behalf of the client (Aviva Investors) this project involved the refurbishment of 26,000+ sq ft of office area to CAT A standard.
The project included a full strip out of existing services replaced with new, consisting of:
Working in conjunction with the main contractor (BW Interiors) this project was delivered on time and within budget - with no disruption to the incumbent tenant and the daily running of their business. The project required liaison with the City of London regarding road closures and traffic diversions; enabling the craning of main plant equipment to roof level.
