On behalf of the client (London Metric Property) this project involved the refurbishment of 112,000+ sq ft of office area to CAT A standard.

Under a Design & Build contract the fit-out included a full strip out of existing services replaced with new consisting of:

• -Four Pipe Coil Units;
• -Refurbishment of Base Build AHU's;
• -Replacement of all Boilers and Pumps;
• -BMS Controls;
• -Central Core WC Services;
• -Refurbishment of Base Build Chillers;
• -Basement Shower Facilities;
• -Refurbishment of Car Park Ventilation.

This landmark site sits opposite St Pauls Cathedral on the main link to Millennium Bridge (occupied by Goldman Sachs prior to the demise of their long term lease). Working in conjunction with the main contractor (POL) this project was successfully delivered with costs kept to the tendered / order sum.
